HBA Pilots: Trained for Excellence

HBA outsources its pilot training to the best flight training centers in the United States. These rigorous training programs include biannual full-motion simulator training, hands-on emergency situation training, annual line checks with a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Check Airman, international procedures training, aircraft-specific technology training, and special terminal approach training and authorization. HBA pilots average more than 4,000 flight hours, well above the FAA’s requirements, and must hold Airline Transport Pilot/Commercial Pilotand First-Class Medical Certificates.

Crewmembers employed under HBA’s Crew Services program are trained and held to the same stringent standards that every HBA crewmember upholds for the utmost assurance of your safety and security. Covering a range of aircraft types and flexible to fit your individual needs, HBA’s pilot and flight attendant pool is available as an additional service on an ad hoc, trip-by-trip basis or as part of an ongoing part-time arrangement.
